Epostix documentation

Epostix is an EU-hosted email platform that sends transactional and marketing email from one place. Product email and campaigns share the same sending domains and the same sender reputation. One workspace, not two products behind one login.

The setup path​

Every workspace starts the same way.

  1. Add a sending domain in the dashboard.
  2. Publish the DNS records it gives you: SPF, DKIM, and reverse DNS.
  3. Verify the domain once the records have propagated.
  4. Create credentials: SMTP credentials, an API key, or both.
  5. Send, then watch delivery on the dashboard.

Once mail is moving, the Overview screen is where you check that it is arriving.
